Why am I being asked for payment when I have an ecard subscription?

There are a few reasons why you might be asked for payment.

  • Your subscription might be expired. 
  • Make sure you are signed in to your Hallmarkecards.com account and that it's the same account you used when ordering your e-card subscription.
