Problems with seeing eCards or cannot view eCards

Our eCards use the latest technology built directly into your web browser to show our HTML5 eCards. We no longer use Adobe Flash. This change was made in early March to be more cross platform compatible. It's always recommended that you use the latest updated version of your browser.

AOL Desktop

This browser is no longer supported because it is out of date and doesn't support the features required to have a great eCards experience.

We recommend installing Google Chrome

Internet Explorer 8

Internet Explorer 9+
The problems we've seen with these browsers are usually related to malware interfering.  Please ensure you do not have "Search Protect by Conduit" as this is a virus known to cause problems. 

Google Chrome
You might have a chrome extension blocking our content. Try opening our site in an Incognito browser window and see if it works. If so, you may have an extension causing an issue.

To open a new Incognito Mode window
Go to File -> New Incognito Window

Mozilla Firefox
You might have an add-on interfering or blocking our content


How to start Firefox in Safe Mode
On the menu bar, click the Help menu and select Restart with Add-ons Disabled.... Firefox will start up with the Firefox Safe Mode dialog.
