Your Hallmark eCard subscription started when you first registered and sent an eCard. Your subscription is automatically billed on the renewal date for the subscription that you selected; the monthly, annual, or bi-annual. This subscription fee is set to auto-bill so that you do not experience a lapse in service.
If you would like to cancel your subscription, log into HallmarkeCards.com and click on My Account, then Account from the drop-down menu. While on your Account page, switch to the Subscription page and click Cancel Auto-Bill to prevent further charges.
