In order to cancel your subscription auto-bill or view your subscription details, please follow the steps below.
- Click 'Login' at the top right corner of the page.
- Click 'My Account'.
- In the drop-down menu, click 'Account'.
- On the Account page, click the 'Subscription' tab.
- Click Cancel Auto-Bill.
Within the Subscription tab, you can view things like the promotional code used to start your subscription, the current price of your subscription, or the ability to cancel the auto-bill of your subscription which will prevent any further charges. If your subscription was started through an iOS device, please visit this link through an iOS device to prevent any additional charges.
